Bench/down time between clients can be lengthily.

    Pros

    Flexible work schedules, abilitiy to pick and choose assignments, employee benefit package is fair and compensation is generally based upon market conditions

    Cons

    No longer term assignments are available, no chance of stringing together consecutive assignments, is not a full-time employer, no career development or advancement

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Focus on business development in order to bring in more clients with broader assignments so that consultants can have a career path
