    I worked at RGP full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Freedom to perform job without micromanagement

    Cons

    One set of standards for upper management and another for "staff." Leadership lacks integrity and is totally stagnant.

    Continue to invest in your employees. Don't let petty issues cloud the big picture.

    2. Company management/leadership is accessible for consultants

    Lack of career growth and advancement opportunities
    Non-existent or negligible salary increases

    1. A greater emphasis on relationship with consultants will help ensure loyalty and a greater retention rate
    2. Establish a efficient and transparent process for end of project/project transitions
