I have been working at RGP as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Great people to work for. Good work life balance. Good client assignments.

    Cons

Not a full time career position. Project work only usually 4-6 months. It gets lonely when you are on the "bench" waiting for the next project assignment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide regular (at least monthly) feedback to consultants on the bench regarding status to upcoming projects if any.
