Excellent opportunities and treatment

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGreat positions found. Extremely capable team. Convenient locations. Great people to work with. Good benefits and the company pays for your benefits if you are between contracts.

ConsNo bench pay. 3 months after a contract expires before the company terminates you. Minimums must be met before accruals and benefits start.

    RGP Evolving

Consultant (Current Employee) Los Angeles, CA

I have been working at RGP as a contractor for more than 10 years

Pros: Flexibility of assignments. Interesting projects, decent pay and benefits. Cons: They're business model is changing. They are straying from their full time consultant business model. They're becoming just another staffing company in my opinion. … Advice to Senior Management: Be honest to your consultants. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
