Pros

Decent pay & benefits. Ability to get overtime and earn PTO with some holiday pay. Client Service Director tries to keep in touch by coming up to the client site and taking us out to lunch at least once a month.

Cons

Not always knowing how long the current project will last, when the next project will be and how long bench time will be.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take care of your current consultants and make sure they continue to get work.
