I have been working at RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology) part-time (more than an year)

Pros

The company environment and personality is very friendly and diverse. Working at CAB leads to experiences and opportunities that are unique to the organization. We get to work during fun events and meet big name acts as well. The office itself is very open and that allows for a lot of collaboration and input from all areas.

Cons

Its easy to get so sucked into the culture that you find yourself over-extending to make ends meet occasionally. The fun aspects of the job are sometimes balanced by some more stressful decision making and difficult situations.
