I have been working at RM Education as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Most people there are very friendly and happy to help you and the open plan office makes it easy to get to know people. Salary is also quite good.

    Cons

I was only there as a temp so did not receive much training or support from higher up. Having said that, for permanent staff there do seem to be good training and development schemes.

I have been working at RM Education full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

RM employs really good people - it's a very co-operative and collaborative company to work for and it's people really are one of it's best assets.
Working in the Education sector is very rewarding as you are making a real difference to teaching and learning.

    Cons

It's a tough market place and whilst there is lots of opportunity, it is very linked to govenrment policy decisions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep focussing on innovation and driving forwards the use of technology.
Leep building the company culture and ethos that makes RM what it is.
