Current Employee – been working at RM Education

Pros – big company
good training and benefits
job security

Cons – unwilling to help staff when in need
too strict a criteria for promotions
think too much of themselves as a business and employer
do not look after the 'little people' enough

Advice to Senior Management – despite being the only person to apply for a job and sitting through 4 hours of interviews i still didnt get it! and yet a couple of years later i am working for a rival doing a similar role for more money. they need to realise the potential more in the staff they have and to not be so up their own backside.
