I worked at RP International
Pros – It's a new company and so there are unlimited potential for growth within the company. The employees will have many chances to be cross-trained.
Cons – Not enough support and poor response from Headquarter & manufacturer in Indonesia. Products need to be redesign in order to capture the market in Vietnam.
Advice to Senior Management – Need to invest more time and effort in support the operation. Logistic in Indonesia is not adequate as mistakes are repeated over and over again.
