I worked at RPh on the GO full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Small close knit work environment

    Cons

Excessively aggressive sales numbers, did not keep their word. Made exceptions for some and not others. Did not care about the person only about the numbers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You say your a family oriented business that values a work life balance but you don't practice what you preach. Family will always be more important than any job.

I have been working at RPh on the GO full-time

    Pros

Outstanding and fun work place. Casual fridays. Opportunity to make excellent commission. Excellent mentors that are provided for you. Weekly meetings to keep everyone on track. YOU manage your own desk...no micro-managing here. Continual sales training. VP, GM, and Mentor have open door policy and they abide by it, 1 hr lunch, great sales incentives with weekly prizes, special incentives for top producers (leave early on Fridays and day before holidays, jean day, free lunch)

    Cons

Base pay could be higher for the amount of work you do, takes about 2 years to start seeing good commission numbers, benefits are too expensive.
