I worked at RR Solutions full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Has a very hands off management style and do mostly contract work for very large corporations. Easy to upgrade your skill level because they hire personal that are not skilled for the jobs that they place them on. You are able to learn on the job but you are also not compensated for your increase in job skills. It's good for a fill in job. no long term placement.

    Cons

No training and you have to asks for everything you need. They use up the good talent and have a problem with compensation for the worked done. No company loyal build with most of it work staff expect for the ones that work in a very small town sitting in Arkansas.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Since you have no intention of build a personal force that is loyal, you need to pay more so that you have a temporary work force that enhances you reputation out in the field with the clients you seek recurring contact with.
