Pros – coworkers are friendly
i could learn more about nursing
i have more respect
i want to go in higher position
Cons – sometimes patients come and they get mad because they wait for the doctor.but i think it is the same situation as like other places.we take care of it.but i think we all should help each other .so we could make a nice situation.
Advice to Senior Management – first of all we should work as a team.respect every coworkers.trust each other.take care of bad situation together.
