Cons – Terrible Benefits(overly expensive healthcare, very little paid time off, no 401K)
No sick days
Poor, unqualified management
management that is unwilling to fix issues or address conflict

Advice to Senior Management – My overall experience at RSA was very, very negative. When I began working there in 2010 it was a slightly oppressive environment, but it could be tolerated. While management loved to micromanage, if you kept your head down and did your job you got along just fine. After a change in floor management and a move to a new building though, it became an unbarable situation. Cameras and microphones were placed in the break room so that the owner could assure he was not talked about in a nagative way, you were 'talked to' if you were in the bathroom too long or if you went a minute over on a break. Car accidents and family emergencies were not excused absences and could get you fired. I myself am not a MD, but all my friends from RSA are and they all express severe concern over what they are paid ($14.50 - $18!) The night-time supervisors are wonderful and try to make the place fun and keep a positive report with the employees and overall the RNs and MDs I worked with are some of the best people I know, but the EXTREMELY high turn over speaks for itself, no one sticks it out more then a year. Only two or three people I knew when I began working at RSA still work there now. I was sad to leave my friends there, but two months after I left, only one friend is still working for the company! No one should have to go to work and feel like they are being watched like a common criminal. It is a shame.
