    Pros

The wide range of clientele, the fun in-office parties, being on-site at events with a good staff , the drive to meet goals, managers from different departments who takes the time to listen and help out so that your events run smoothly, amount of loyalty to one's company, and a major learning experience on how a corporation works.

"team" culture, upper management does not accept the feeling of being challenged, communication, unprofessional business development practices, HR "department"

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

be more supportive and actually invest back into your employees, implement new changes, training manuals should be offered in different departments.
