    It used to be better

    Pros: Flexibility in work hours. Some nice people to work with. Cons: Like other have said, if you don't have a PhD, then the management and powers that be really treat you on a lower level. I… Advice to Senior Management: Get rid of needless things like others have said, like flat screens that noone uses, and put more money into compensation and benefits.
