Rackspace – “Enjoy coming into work every day”

Pros

Great place to work with a laid back atmosphere. The company treats the employees every well, and keeps people wanting to stay at Rackspace. There aren't really a whole lot of people who leave, alot of the people I work around seem to be happy with there job, just a few minor things that can be expected at any place of employment.

Cons

It has been changing a little bit since the old school days.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep a open dialog with employees.
