I have been working at RadNet full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Work life balance
Many locations
Some decent equipment

Cons

Awful managment
No raises, poor pay
They want to "pretend" it's a sales job when it's customer service and marketing. They only care about growing and not patient care or employee, toxic management, very micro and worse place I have ever worked.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop making the reps directly responsible for volume when 99% of your numbers are based on location and competition around your center. This is not a true sales job and its silly how you try to make it that way. Also the micro mangement is over the top, only people with low self worth would stay for long, pay is not good enough to deal with this type of management. Also most of upper managment is country folk and not educated.

    at least you have a job!

    Cons

    Low Salaries (unless you know the right people)
    Heavy work load (unless you know the right people; if you do, then you'll take it easy)
    No raise for 6 years (unless you know the right people. If you do, they'll come up with a fake promotion)
    "they even forced the people to come to work while Sandy Hurricane was hitting NJ"
    When it comes to management, they cover their back each other but they don't care about their employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make employees happy, proud of working for this company. Remember they keep the company running. Think about their safety. Think about their families (5 years w/o a raise?).
    THAT'S THE ONLY WAY EMPLOYEES WILL LOOK AFTER THE COMPANY!!!!
