I worked at RadNet as a contractor for more than a year

Pros

The company offers a good pay scale. Many of the employees are very friendly and helpful. Various small perks at each facility.

Cons

Negligent supervisory/management staff. Management has very poor interpersonal skills which contribute to an uncomfortable, tense, anxiety filled, and at times, unprofessional work environment. Little to no support for financial growth or career advancement.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve employee relations. Implement team-work training. Offer more opportunities for employee career and salary growth.

Nepotism, monopoly, disregard for employees and patients.

    Pros

Employees are wonderful, hard working people. With the exception of a few "bad eggs" here and there, coworkers excel at what they do and how they treat each other and their patients.

    Cons

Patient care? That's a joke. The company looks at the individual patient as a number attached to a dollar sign.
No raises in nearly seven years and no legitimate excuse or reason. Upper level management basically told us to stop asking.
No review or acknowledgement for a job well done.
Only six paid holidays per year, and on Christmas Eve, they may close an hour early, but make you use your paid leave time.
No sick time. Get sick? Goodbye vacation days.
Call center is a revolving door and a complete joke. The majority of call center employees are so poorly trained they schedule half or more appointments incorrectly, and nothing is ever corrected.
Upper level management continues to get fat on employees hard working humps, and treating us like second class citizens. They know there are limited options for us. Every employee is expendable and of no value no matter how hard working, diligent, or professional you are.
Nepotism and favoritism are rampant in this company.
Constant changes in policy make it next to impossible to train properly or do your job effectively.
Meetings are limited to management. Employees have no forum to express problems within the company, and most of the management don't have the education or the wherewithal to make improvements.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start paying back the employees who made you rich. Start having meetings face to face with employees instead of call-ins on lines that don't work. Practice what you preach.

Maybe start reading all of these horrible reviews. There are plenty on all sorts of sites. PAY ATTENTION. You're on top now. You won't be forever. And these complaints will be the reason why. Start righting yourself before you implode. Grow a conscience and start doing what is morally correct and take care of the people you've been neglecting so wrongly.
