“Don't expect much progress in your career”
I have been working at Radiant Systems
Pros – Money is reasonably good but not great. Vacation is better than average. Casual work environment.
Cons – Career advancement is tough. It's who you know not how good you are that will get you a promotion. Accomplishments are rarely acknowledged.
