RCS Inc used to be a "family" not just great place to work until Clear Channel purchased RCS as a subsidiary company.

Pros

All in the past now:

Cons

In my opinion,It is no more RCS, all original RCS products be gone soon....

I have been working at Radio Computing Services full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Good people. Good Company. Comfortable environment. Proper work environment with up to date technology and practices.

    Cons

The *only* negative is the location. Its a 21st century job in town of 4,000 with one grocery store, poor cell and internet, an hour to Starbuck and surrounded by corn fields. Oh, and sub freezing snowy Nebraska winters. Its not Amish horse and buggy, but its close.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow new developers to work remotely. 80% of the current team does so. It doesn't matter if one as to call & Skype them from the office or anyplace else: Its all the same.
