I have been working at RadioShack

Pros

Nice work pace/load, great people, and a lot of freedom is given in this job (as far retail goes).

Cons

Low pay if you're in a slow store, low budget and sometimes the company can do rediculous things.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

There are a lot of ways the company can simplify things and cut costs without cutting its people or productivity. Also, our stores need more hours in out budgets to actually have coverage and actually be able to serve our customers.

    Pros

Opportunity to learn about electronics. Pay based on sales. Small staff makes working together easier. Never a dull moment!

    Cons

Pay based on sales (when slow). Certain customers. No base pay raise. Only 20 words was hard for pros!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Base pay raise at least once a year would be nice for those who perform well.
