I have been working at RadioShack full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The best reason to work here is the freedom you have at a kiosk. It was a better company when they had the SCK division.

    Cons

Let me start. The Target Mobile side is nothing like Radioshack stores. They do not have the same sales, rules, contest, and receive every phone later. This makes it confusing with guest who know they are a Radioshack company. Pay is lowest in the wireless industry and the new comp plan does not encourage employees to sale.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Develop a better training regime for sales reps and managers and promote from within.

    I worked at RadioShack part-time

    Pros

Worked at a Target Mobile Kiosk location. The only good thing about this environment is the relationshps you develop with the Target team members.

    Cons

Managers don't care about sales associate development, they only care about how much they can earn. High turn over. Managers would rather cycle through assicates than work and develop your strengths. DM more concerned about earning bonus than about well being of associates.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
