RadioShack Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at RadioShack full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – It's just a job and you do receive a very poor spiff compensation for selling phones. The spiff compensation two years ago was very nice

Cons – There is too many to list! It was a good thing that the CEO resigned or was fired! He took an almost 300% pay increase while the rest of us suffered in our spiff compensation. You will be treated like dogs if you hit your unattainable attach metrics. The executives are so out of touch with these metrics that if it were that easy you guys get your butts down here and see if you could do it! The answer would be a huge NO. The customers are as dumb as the come! We are always being interrupted by a prepaid customer who is having a problem with their garbage phone!! Stay away from this company as it will drive you nuts.

Advice to Senior Management – You people need to go far away!!!

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
