I worked at RadioShack full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – I was an assistant manager for 3 years and the pay was terrible, and the sales quotas were unreasonable.

Cons – Almost everything. They pay horrible and expect the world.

Advice to Senior Management – Stop being such @zz holes.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
