Pros

If this is your first job then you'll get a semi-decent pay depending on how many phones you are able to sale. It isn't a high paced job, and during down time you can basically sit and watch the television sets or listen to the HD radios.

Cons

Corporate managers can be real jerks and will talk down to you if you let them. I feel bad for the managers as they are not paid nearly enough.

Advice to Senior Management

you need to treat people with dignity and respect, and stop making people seem sheisty or sleezy in order to sell a product.
