Some stores it is impossible to make a lot of money due to the low hourly pay and inability to make bonuses. Having to constantly stock shelves and replace price tags with the constant new sales is tedious because they change so frequently.

Hire less employees so there are more hours available. Also, give better training in how to activate the cell phones for all the different carriers.
