I have been working at RadioShack part-time (more than a year)

Pros

Staff can be great, further I really appreciate a company that trains people in how to address customers.

Cons

Middle management is a joke. They run the company through fear and threats. Further the issues with pay are annoying

    I worked at RadioShack full-time

    Pros

I worked with some very, very, very talented employees who were very good at their jobs and taught me a lot.

    Cons

The company faces a lot of competition from other companies that sell similar products at the same or lower prices as well.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at RadioShack part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The employee discount was excellent (to the point that we joked about how ridiculous it was that we could get discounts on clearance items). The managers (store and district, including team leaders) were flexible and amiable. Perfect part-time job for college students.

    Cons

Management gossips and the information trickles down. Managers also quit at the same time and there doesn't seem to be a good process for handling that inconvenience.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire competent employees and keep it together.
