Pros

The current headquaters building is a beautiful place to work. There is covered parking (great for Tx summers), the finest of office equipment and a great cafeteria.

Cons

Advancement is more based on who you know than on what you can accomplish. It was depressing to watch (so many times) those who were more than qualified and ready for advancement get passed over for someone else. Also, compensation was the worst I have ever experienced. The same position anywhere else would pay at least 25% more and demand nohwere near as much overtime.

Advice to Senior Management

Reward and advance those who truely deserve it. Take a hickey on your bonuses for one year and truly compensate those who do the actual work.
