RadioShack – “ok place”

Pros

total comp is good if your store is making its numbers. management are very easy to get along with and most of them have grew up within the company

Cons

they really need to make the base salary higher for store managers...i mean we actually run a store and most base salaries are in the high 20s i think that is unacceptable but hey we all have bills to pay

Advice to Senior Management

i would say increase the base salary for store managers. store managers shouldn't be getting paid slaries that are in the low 20s
