Pros
Great discounts on employee plans for cellphones (When i was there i was paying 30bucks a month for 2000mins, unltd txt and unltd web for AT&T), Discounts on RadioShack brands are higher than anything else. Contests just about every month so it felt more like a game at times than work.
Cons
Unless your a tech savy person this job will be a big challenge. Its very commission based and you must meet your quotas every month for wireless. If you are a relatively shy person this job will either A) Break you out of your bubble so you can make commisions or B) Make you curl up in a ball of your own self doubt to
Advice to Senior Management
More hands on training for products were expected to sell in large quantities. I remember when MagicJack first came out and we ere expected to push this product to EVERY customer with only a 10min test done in the backroom. If you want to see results in jump in sales - Help your associate understand it better.
