some customers expect/demand free tech support for all their problems
Required to ask every customer for their email address, if they would like a service plan, if they would like batteries, if they would like to upgrade/purchase a cell phone, If they need to sign up for our tech support service(through AT&T), If they would like a Radioshack Credit Card, etc. etc.
Advice to Senior Management
Put more emphasis on the bottom line rather than metrics.
Consider rewarding total sales, not just Wireless
Raising the base pay of employees would encourage them to stay longer and perform better
