    Pros

    Short working shifts and no split shifts in bar/restaurant at least!

    Cons

    High (86%) turnover within first 7 months and 4 managers of one outlet in just 8 months
    Inappropriate and irrelevant training given
    Company benefits are purposefully disguised by management to discourage people from using them
    Every decision (no matter how small) has to go through the central office making it impossible to use your own initiative to improve and become more efficient
    Very very low salary and people being given the responsibility of a promotion but managers refusal to give a pay rise
    A total lack of equipment (e.g. cutlery crockery, bar equipment) and managers refuse to get this equipment so that the staff may do their job well
    Favouritism is rife (like the 18 year old relative of a manager who has no experience being given a head of department job above more qualified people)
    A general lack of interest in providing the customer with a great experience. The only thing that concerns the company is money.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat your staff with respect and take more responsibility before your business gets so bad that you have to close.
    You have the framework for a potentially great company but your refusal to pay attention to the constant feedback and suggestions from your staff means you are losing some amazing employees and most of your customers
