Former Employee – worked at Raging Waters

Pros – The employees are very friendly. The culture and environment was extremely enjoyable. I would definitely love to work for the company again.

Cons – It is very understandable why I could not work for the company anymore. It's a seasonal deal, but I made many memories. Long hours though during the summer was not fun.

Advice to Senior Management – My only advice would be to promote people to management who were competent and not biased. It is all based on preference.
