    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Raiffeisen International full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Easy to get a job for students, good chance to get first experience Rather good conditions in the office: water, kitchen, AC

    Cons

Extremely low salaries Few opportunities for career and salary growth People are not very intelligent

    Advice to Management

There is rather high workforce turnover. I assume that if management 1 - increase salaries, 2 - will treat people as valuable personalities who are important, they can decrease turnover and as a result decrease costs associated with hiring and training. More analysis needed.
