I have been working at Railex full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

I was hired by Railex in April of this year. I left a company with close to 20K employees and came to one with under 1,000. My experience, and the transition, have been great! I get to be part of a company who is defining who they are, shaping their culture, and providing employees with a safe and fun environment. We have outstanding leaders who really care about the employees. It's been a breath of fresh air.

    Cons

There are no "cons", per se. Are there challenges with growing the business? Sure - but we are embracing them!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you're doing and being supportive of the teams on the front line.

I have been working at Railex full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great hours, helpful, knowledgable employees

    Cons

In an effort to grow the company, the new executives take less time to value their current employees with many wrongful terminations. Any company should know that employees want to be valued and Railex looses sight of how to empower their employees correctly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Value your associates enough to give them an annual review with at LEAST a cost of living raise.

    Recommends
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
