I have been working at Raising Cane's

    Pros

    Very Flexible Scheduling
    Fun Atmosphere with Music playing
Incentives for working above and beyond what is required
Direct Deposit Options (Thought Most Companies Offer this now I imagine)

    Cons

Depending on when one works, upper management may seem unavailable
While pay is good for fast food, not much to live on

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't exclude upper management in surveys designed to gauge performance. While upper management is doing a stellar job, everyone should be open to suggestion
