“No advancement, work you to death, management will not listen, wants to hide from the true issues”
Current Employee – been working at Ralcorp full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – salary fair, PTO decent but not great, benefits are decent. Some employee's care about their jobs
Cons – Plant management and upper management is deaf to employee's, They do not want to hear what is truly going on. Does not invest in equipment and Obsolescence of plant electronics.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your employee's. Maybe it will be better under Conagra.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
