    Pros

in the beginning, the benefits were unmatched for any job a high school student could have

    Cons

The stores would change directors often and a sense of connection within the store was lost

Former Employee - Meat Clerk in Redding, CA

I worked at Raley's part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

10% discount on groceries, 401k match, usually a good group of people to work with.

    Cons

Low hours, cost cutting, little room for career growth. Most employees there are grandfathered in to awesome pay plans that just dont exist for new hires.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want to keep this business going, put more emphasis on keeping a good staff. You will keep losing good people if you keep paying beans and expecting to get diamonds.
