Nice co-workers but the management stinks. Its a good job if your going to school because it provides flexible hours.

Pros

Flexible hours, good starting pay with raises, advance quickly, nice co-workers.

Cons

Upper management is always changing how they want things done. The company only cares about the customer and not their employees, the Union stinks.

Advice to Management

Focus more on bring employee moral up with the employees.

    Pros

    decent pay and decent benefits

    Cons

to much drama management does not help and compiles things against you to write you up before they ever tell you that you are making a mistake. bad corporate decisions causing major cutbacks and basically everything else is a con as well.

    Advice to Management

lead your people dont manage. get off your high horse and get your hands dirty and be approachable instead of trying to intimidate
