Raley's e-mail platform is getting migrated to Google Mail, they are outsourcing hardware support to texas. They are aiming to be innovative, however they refuse to implement innovative ideas. They are technologically decades behind, no central pharmacy, no mail order pharmacy, no descent online ordering applicications. IT management has made outsourcing appealing by only buying top of line hardware, and over building it's infrastructure, but they never get around to applying the finishing layers.
