    I worked at Ralph Schomp Honda

    Pros

    They used to be a good company. There is no reason that I would go back there now. I've seen the light and the grass is better on the other side.

    Cons

    Wow, where to begin..... They don't care about anything but their own pockets. The owner made her employees take pay cuts while she built 2 new dealerships and layed them off so she could build mansions for her kids. The right hand doesn't even know the left hand exists. Playing favorites is the way to advance and the most valuable skill I took from there was CYA. Don't work there unless you are desparate and don't mind being used like a slave.

    You are all fired.
