I have been working at Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union

Pros

Offers great benefits for part time employees, they offer medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. They also give you 1 week paid vacation a year and offer a very competitive 401k. RBFCU pays extra for spanish speaking employees and also gives tons of oppurtunity to grow within the company.

Cons

Some of the cons are probably that there leaning more towards part time positions rather than full time positions anymore.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Maybe offering there employees more discounts rather then making it an employee / member discounts.

I have been working at Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union

    Pros

The benefits of RBFCU are pretty strong compared to other companies. A great matching 401(k), excellent leave accrual (if full time), and relaxed work environment make this a company a good location for a job to start out of right out of college.

    Cons

The pay is below other financial institutions for its employees, and the mindset is not always the most forward thinking. Like many companies are starting to do, RBFCU is moving towards a part-time only work base.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employee empowerment is not a bad thing. If in the long run RBFCU wants to survive, people need to be hired that see a future in working for them.
