Random House has great benefits and vacation time, but in my experience, working there is very stressful.

    Pros

They have excellent benefits and paid time off.

    Cons

There are constant deadlines to be met, and you never quite feel like you measure up to their standards no matter how hard you try. You also get very little feedback or positive things said about you. There are so many things to be done, and never enough time to do them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give more feedback and let your employees know when they are doing a good job.
