Pros

I've had a wonderful experience and have learned a lot. In terms of the industry this is the absolute best there is. I feel like issues here are related more to the industry than RH.

Cons

Compensation needs to be higher. They are a large company they can manage.

    Pros

Great Co-Workers: Even though I was only there for two weeks, my neighbors invited me to lunch, offered future job advice, and even gave my resume to others they knew were hiring in the industry. I can tell they cared and emphasized with a recent college graduate. They are also incredibly hard, dedicated workers and cheerful, friendly people.

Fantastic Supervisor: This was my first real job, and she decided to take me on after a brief phone interview. Her trust in me was inspiring, and I felt comfortable asking her questions during my brief period there.

Good Perks: I couldn't have them because I was temp (except free books), but I saw food discount perks, company events, and Summer Fridays. The Summer Fridays are also flexible; if you want to do half day every Friday, full day every other Friday, or even not partake in Summer Fridays, you have options.

Dynamic Environment: Very hardworking group, with lots of responsibilities that each worker takes on with stride.

    Cons

I was not there long enough to experience downsides.

    Advice to Management

I was not there long enough to experience upper management dynamics.

    Pros

Amazing people that care about you, are creative, fun, kind, easygoing, and want you to be happy more than anything. They don't care about HR requirements so long as you work hard and continue to work hard.

    Cons

Menial labor, but that was in the job description. I don't think I can do 20 words on this. There are no cons. This company is so big, yet they meet their employee's salaries really well. So Yea i have no cons.
