Current Employee – been working at Randstad Engineering full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – They do have flex time, but people take advantage of that and leave when there is still work to be done.

Cons – Low-ball base salary and not competitive for account managers with 10+ years experience. If you are new to the industry, don't expect to make more than $35,000/yr base and while the commission plan is okay, your realistic annual gross income is around $65,000....a lot of back stabbing over accounts and preferential treatment to people who were there when it was Think Resources. It has become a "corporate nightmare"...look elsewhere if you want to succeed.

Advice to Senior Management – Pay more base salary, you are woefully behind with salaries paid since the recovery from 2009. The cost of living has gone up and $45K base for a seasoned veteran is laughable and not enough to motivate me to get out of bed every morning.....$50-$55K is a liveable base..even with commissions

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
