I worked at Ranstad as a contractor
Pros – I've worked a great deal of temp jobs, and this one company has never lost a paycheck, never treated me like I was an idiot, sent me on appropriate assignments and even managed to get a decent pay rate. Any time I'm between gigs they are one of my first phone calls.
Cons – It's still a temp job, and sometimes the people they work with need to be reminded of the rules of working with temporary labor.
Advice to Senior Management – I love what you guys are doing, and it helps the whole industry stay a little more sane. Thank you.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
