I have been working at Rapid City Regional Hospital full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The floor staff are amazing to work with. These are people who love what they do and want to make a difference in peoples lives. The PPL is good.

    Cons

The CEO needs to get a clue. Always talking about making cuts, seriously underpaying their nursing staff, since they are the only game in town other than clinic or nursing home.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your nurses!! Quit cutting their pay or changing their opportunities to get ahead. If you need to make a cut cut your own salary!!

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
