I worked at Rare
Pros – The co-workers are great to work with. Hours were flexible. Could learn a lot. Lots of opportunities to learn a lot.
Cons – Senior management has a tendency to micro manage. Not many opportunities for growth. Pay scale was average to below average.
Advice to Senior Management – Appreciate the workers more. I am sure more bonuses would be greatly well received. But otherwise a great place to work.
