I have been working at Raritan

Pros

Once very family oriented, less so now but pretty good. Cool technology. Above average pay. Conservative but bold.

Cons

Always number 2 in everything they do. Close to number 1 but not quite. Always on the brink of greatness but never seems to be able to get over the hump.

I worked at Raritan full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Friendly and helpful colleagues to work with, especially in cross region context.
    Family-oriented culture, strong integrity values.
Suitable for those who are looking to stay in a regular 9-5 job with a stable income.

    Cons

Not advisable for those who are looking for long term career development.
An average of 4 years is the maximum for growth and development.
Small company, not much of a career progression and too lean a structure to grow.
Salary not on par with market rate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start to listen to all levels of staff and not just listen and judge base on a one-sided bias comments.
Reward and pay employees fairly, and not by favoritism.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    I worked at Raritan

    Pros

friendly people, flexible environment and okay pay.

    Cons

lack of career and professional growth.
mostly lack of technically challenging work.
management lacks the vision to move the company forward,
the company is still breathing on products it made 5-7 years ago.
a lot of politics at mid and top management levels ( some managers should retire now
and let others young talent to come and take on management).

    Approves of CEO
