Raymond James Financial – “Raymond James the monster of the south”

Pros

Great location. Great senior management. Offices are full of interesting art work. Never a dull moment when you work there.

Cons

The compensation is less than generous and the food is way too expensive. The people there are not as professional as they should be.

Advice to Senior Management

They should try to turn it into what it could be, the power bank of the south. Small changes here and there are needed, but by changing the attitude and perception to its employees... it would be changing alot.
